IRR 5 - Service Philosophy
|
The program is guided by a service philosophy that:
Interpretation: Who a program serves will dictate how a program expects services to make a positive difference. Consumer empowerment and empowerment through consumer education and participation, are two examples of a service philosophy that resettlement service programs might use to frame activities, interventions, and program evaluation. A program serving unaccompanied and separate children could instead be guided by a re-education or positive youth development orientation.
