The Solutions Database is a searchable database containing frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding COA Standards and the accreditation process. The entries contained in this database are designed to help those looking for further clarification and interpretations of COA Standards in particular contexts. This is not an exhaustive database, but rather contains approximately 100 FAQs that can assist you in understanding the accreditation process or how to apply the Standards.
To get started, either click a category within the Search Solutions section or search by key word or standard within the Find Solutions section. For example, typing in “board” or “restraints” will return entries related to these subjects. Search results are automatically categorized based on their relevance score, but can also be sorted by Category, Most Commonly Used, or Most Recently Updated. The search function does not search the entire COA Standards website, but is limited to the FAQs entered into the database based on consistent questions culled over time regarding the Standards and accreditation process. There is a search function located on the COA Standards website for searching that website content.
Please note this is the first phase of launching this new resource. While the information contained in the Solutions Database is based on some of the most frequently asked questions COA receives, it is still limited. COA will continue to expand this resource over time with the help of your feedback.
